Freestyle Video Analysis Clinic
Lecture, individual before-and-after video in the water, an hour of stroke drills, and an hour of analysis. Every swimmer leaves with their own video and recorded commentary. Participants must be able to comfortably swim 200 yards freestyle.

Classroom first, then demonstration and role play on deck and in the water, for people who teach adults to swim or want to. On passing the written test, participants receive a SwimWise certificate of completion. Includes host-sponsored lunch.
Coaching Workshop
Four hours on how to be a successful Masters coach: running stroke clinics, writing workouts and seasonal plans, preparing swimmers for meets and open-water events, the finer points of stroke technique, energy zones, team identity, and monetizing your pool. Presentation, Q&A, and breakout exercise topics such as coaching challenges and what swimmers want from a coach. Then two hours at the pool for the Swimmers Four-Stroke Clinic: coach on deck, swim as a participant, or an hour of each. Participants receive a SwimWise certificate of attendance. Includes host-sponsored lunch.
